Blommor Bracelet

We are currently on issue 49 of Inside Crochet Magazine and  I am very fortunate to have my pattern on the cover. Incidentally, Pocketmags is offering a 33% off the normal subscription price and somehow I'd forgotten to blog about my bracelet published in issue 48. The pattern is called Blommor Bracelet. Blommor means flowers in Swedish . I think the name is perfectly apt as the flowers are beautiful blooms.

The motifs are made individually which makes the pattern  very adaptable. Make more motifs for a necklace , use singly add some earrings hooks .The  motif creates a puffy reversible flower  .Use thin or thick yarn. I used Drops baby Merino purchased from Nest which sells online as well as having the most delightful shop to squeeze yarn .This yarn is unbelievably soft , it comes in a wonderful array of colours and it is very cheap so be warned you wont be able to stop yourself from dropping a few balls into your basket.
Finally, I leave you with my image of the same flowers in different colours I'm sending you lots heartfelt thanks for all the wonderful support and encouraging words from you dear friends. You are such an inspirational bunch.
I have linked this to the fabulous blog by Chrissie and her wonderful crochet along, do pop along to check out what others are making. Chrissie, thank you for organising this
Have a lovely weekend

  11. I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for the lovely crochet Baktus scarf. I made it all in a rush as someone had commented on Facebook, on a knitted Kwoosh I had made, and thought black/grey/silver would look good in it. No way could I have knitted one for her quickly, so found your pattern and it was made in two days. I added a crochet rose with a cord and tassels too. I would love you to see a picture of it as I'm really proud of it.

The young lady I was making it for said she cried with happiness when she saw it and it made her day/week. She is seriously ill and I just wanted to cheer her up and show her some love.

Thank you so much and if I can either email you a picture or send you a blog link, please let me know.
