Noro patchwork jacket

Spring is here.
Remember this. I love wearing it with my boots, opaque tights, black polo neck jumper. I had quite alot of Noro in my stash and decided to make a jacket not to wear with the skirt, a whole ensemble would be a fashion crime.

I just keep making squares and used a jacket as a template et voila this cosy colourful beauty is made. I will take better pictures but I was eager to show it off. I've added a few peach buttons and it has a belt.Does anyone know how to make loops you thread a belt through so that it is always attached to the jacket.

  4. Huge compliments to you on this, it's got a retro cool look to it. Nicely done! Unfortunately I'm not sure how to add belt loops, you'll prob have to improvise there.

  6. I agree with previous comments on this wonderful jacket. As for belt loops, just chain a few stitches as if doing button loops. Make 'em long enough to pass belt thru', and attach to jacket.
