Food for the body and soul

Todays meal was grilled sea bass served with a Greek salad. Beautiful feta, olives ,red onions I'd soaked in red wine vinegar, Lebanese cucumbers ,gem lettuce small juicy plum tomatoes a light dusting of oregano salt and pepper. Anointed with Greek oil olive ,squeeze of lemon. Beautiful fresh .This is such an easy supper and one we all enjoyed .The vegetables tasted of itself, what I mean is it tastes the way it should do. Sometimes tomatoes are tasteless I buy organic and locally grown produce it always tastes amazing and are worth every penny.
I'm designing a one skein project. I love the colours in this yarn it's Schoppel wolle admiral ombre 100g, its very soft .The colours remind me of hot summer days ,bunting in a fairground, candy floss, blue seas blue skies, crabs, lobsters ,stripes of grey remind me of paving slabs.I can't wait to finish it and share my pattern

  1. Yummy salad, I love this particular recipe. Your crochet project looks good. What is it ? its shape reminds me of a wide belt I crocheted a while ago.
