Last night whilst watching freeview, I grabbed a 10mm crochet hook and some thick yarn. I did this freestyle hat (just decided to play) and I'm so pleased with the results. Honestly, it took 15 minutes. The stitch is double crochet in the back loop .Its fabulous .I'm making the scarf using the same stitch and so far it looks great. As I said before I've become quite an instant results worker and this fits the bill. I have lots of wip's, that are quite complicated and this helped to break the concentration needed for the wips.There's nothing like a quickie, a quick crochet that is!!!!
The hat looks good, that yarn and stitch work well together. Could be used as a winter or summer hat :)
