I've finally unpacked some of the yarn that I bought at ally pally.
I love the colours, I'm really pleased with them, usually at shows I get carried away and I end up buying a ball of yarn in colours that look nice as a skein but once crocheted/knitted it looks a mess.I then have to stick it in the back of wardrobe, in theplace I call dead yarn land ,never to be seen again.
Lang yarns has a very unusual surprise, in each ball a spool of matching thread is included,you use this along with the yarn this will ensure added strength to you the vunerable areas ; toes,heels,doesnt that make complete sense.Its nice to know that something that has taken such along time(remember I'm new to sock making) will last just that little bit longer.

ReplyDeleteI like them all. In a way I am glad I didn't go, because I wanted to avoid buying any more yarn, which would have been impossible with these gorgeous things.
