Finished, I have had some cones of chenille under the bed for years .I had started this in march.Got a little bored with it and put it back under the bed but whilst helping to arrange funeral stuff, Ive managed to finish it .I found concentrating on the pattern helped me forget (at least for awhile) I will wear it to the funeral. I am pleased as can be.It feels so soft and luxurious.

ReplyDeleteIt looks really lovely. Sorry to hear about your father-in-law. When my dad died, my mum and I busied ourselves with crosswords and crochet. I think occupying your hands keeps your mind active and the concentration really helps.
