My daughters mobile phone has been stolen.She has brought her phone on contract and paid insurance in case of theft.She calls the mobile company yesterday who say that she willn't be getting a replacement phone as she was careless with her phone, i mean how ridiculous is that , a thief can pickpocket you at work in a posh london boutique and it's your fault for having it in your pocket??????
So please , what does this message tell are kids don't bother with insurance they gladly take the money monthly but they always win the day.I'm so sad today
that's completely unjust and i'm sure you can fight it and win.
