pear crumble

I'v got some ripe conference pears out comes my olde fav
150g plain flour
100g butter
4 or 5 ripe pears
dusting of cinnamon
75g caster sugar or light brown sugar
.
Rub the butter into the flour using your fingertips when the mixture resembles breadcrumbs add the sugar.Peel and core the pears cut whatever way tou like place in an overproof bowl add the cinnamon.Sprinle the pears with the crumble mixture. Bake 200'c until topping is crunchy and golden brown. Serve warm with creme anglaise or cream .Delicious
