Free textured crochet dishcloth/washcloth pattern

I am sure I have said this more than once but I adore handmade dishcloths.Today I thought I’d share with you my free easy crochet dishcloth pattern.  It’s my favorite dish cloth pattern as well.

Cotton dishcloths have become enormously popular, especially considering the trend to try and protect the environment by cutting down on paper products wherever possible.  Crochet dishcloths are practical, beautiful and functional
Cotton is the preferred yarn for dishcloths and facecloths, because it is water absorbent and machine washable.

  1. Great dishcloths, the bright colour is stunning. I do a lot for selling at craft fairs and for little gifts. Have a great week.

  2. I love hand knit or crocheted dishcloths. Have you tried using bamboo? It's excellentf or dishcloths. Similar properties as cotton but bamboo is also naturally anti-bacterial.

    Thanks for this lovely pattern.

  4. I always knit my dishcloths, they stand up to so much more than bought cloths. I've never used such a pretty pattern or such pretty yarn though, I shall have to give this a try.
