When will I get it right with the camera, I wish I taken more shots of my latest bunches.My daughter decided to surprise me , always such a lovely thing to receive flowers. Later whilst relaxing with hubbie and crochet hook,I know poor man but don't worry I do put them away sometimes.
Anyway, the flowers inspired me in to making this motif. I've made quite a few and I'm not really sure what I'd do with them. They are made in dmc crochet thread, 1.5mm hook, so they are small and fiddly but great fun . Ive been thinking that I'd make them in dk weight cotton or wool but I've already committed myself to my latest motif blankets. We shall see.
I so wish I could crochet, my mum can but she's left handed so it has been really hard trying to teach me to do it right handed!

ReplyDeleteI've crocheted afghans and scarves, but never anything with a tiny needle! I tried that once and thought I would lose my mind. Lovely work! (I'm also from swapbot, btw).
